Associate
Where education meets opportunity.
At Prism Salon, our Associate Program is designed to elevate emerging stylists with the clarity, confidence and hands on experience needed to build a thriving career behind the chair. As an Associate, you will work directly alongside a Lead Stylist, receiving personalized coaching in Redken based color, cutting, design and finishing techniques. You will gain experience with luxury guest services while developing the professionalism, artistry and systems that define a successful stylist.
We are looking for individuals who are hungry to learn, passionate about their craft and aligned with our values of education, creativity, connection, excellence, empowerment, integrity and balance. When you join Prism, you join a team committed to helping you grow not just as a stylist, but as a leader, creator and service professional.
Expectations:
• Support your Lead Stylist through all phases of the guest experience
• Learn advanced color and design techniques through hands on training
• Assist with salon operations and uphold our luxury service standards
• Build confidence behind the chair with guided mentorship
• Progress through a structured program designed to launch your career

As a Prism Stylist, you will craft customized color, cut and extension services while building lasting relationships with guests who value excellence and integrity. • Provide luxury hair services including color, design, blonding and extensions
