At Prism Salon, we believe your experience should be as seamless and enjoyable as your results. Our policies are designed to protect your time, ensure fairness to our team and maintain the luxury level of service you expect.
Thank you for understanding and supporting these standards that keep our salon running smoothly.
APPOINTMENTS
A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments.
For multi-service or group appointments, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
Prism Salon can typically still service guests who are no more than 15 minutes late for their appointment.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
Please contact the salon as soon as possible to communicate your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Without 24 hours notice, a 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.
Failure to provide notice will result in a charge for the full service(s).
Fee to be paid before rescheduling.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and Prism Salon gift cards.
Refunds: Because of the time and artistry involved in every service, we do not offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction is our priority — adjustments may be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment.
GUARANTEE
We take pride in our craft and want you to love your results.
If you have concerns, please contact us within 14 days of your service so we can make it right.
Adjustments are performed by the same stylist and must be based on the agreed-upon service from your original visit.
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at Prism Salon, an exchange will be offered.
If a product causes an allergic reaction, please contact the salon immediately for guidance.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
We love little ones, but for safety reasons and to preserve the relaxing environment of our salon,
children are welcome only when receiving a service.
Please limit additional guests during your appointment, as seating is reserved for clients receiving services.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All Prism Salon professionals are licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and follow state sanitation and safety protocols.
If you are feeling unwell, have been recently exposed to illness, or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your visit for a later date. This protects the health of our guests and team.
Our team takes every precaution to protect your clothing during color services. While protective smocks and capes are used and provided, we kindly remind guests that clothing choices for color appointments are ultimately their responsibility. Despite our best efforts, there is still a possibility of accidental staining. If you have any concerns about your garments or would like additional measures taken for protection, please let your stylist know prior to your service.
PRIVACY

We collect only necessary information to provide exceptional service including contact details and payment information.
This data is never sold or shared outside of Prism Salon.
Email and text communications are used for appointment confirmations, updates, and occasional promotions.
You may opt out at any time.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
We love celebrating beautiful transformations!
Photos taken during your visit may be used on Prism Salon’s social media, website, or marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let your stylist know as we always respect your wishes.
GIFT CARDS
Prism Salon gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion.
They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may be used toward products or services at the salon.
Please treat them like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
